Bookings
All bookings are made via our online booking system, our booking services range from single Rehearsal. Podcast space bookings to studio recording room. Each booking has to be made 24 hours in advance (our calendar has been automatically set up to do this so you just simply pick from the available days. ABC ULTIMATE STUDIO bookings can also be selected up to three months in advance.
Cancellations
As much as we try and would like you to keep your booked appointments, we are also aware that things do happen when you least expect! Should you find yourself in such a situation (a need to cancel a booked session), as a professional and humane company we will try as much as possible to accommodate your situation. To avoid any unnecessary stress you should, at the very FIRST instance, give us a CALL.
- Cancellation within or LESS THAN 24 hours of your scheduled time are none refundable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours (or 2 days out) of your scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
