Booking Cancellation
As much as we try and would like you to keep your booked appointments, we are also aware that things do happen when you least expect! Should you find yourself in such a situation (a need to cancel a booked session), as a professional and humane company we will try as much as possible to accommodate your situation. To avoid any unnecessary stress you should, at the very FIRST instance, give us a CALL.
NOTE THE FOLLOWING :
Cancellation within or LESS THAN 24 hours of your scheduled time are none refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours (or 2 days out) of your scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your scheduled appointment more than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. To cancel a scheduled appointment, you must call the business office at 954 900 3957.
